Lawsuits

If you’re one of the numerous unfortunate women who’ve been injured after using transvaginal mesh, legal help is available. The California-based national law firm of Nadrich & Cohen, LLP, is now accepting cases for women in all 50 states who have experienced surgical mesh complications.

Many patients have reported serious infection, severe abdominal pain, scarring, nerve damage and blood vessel damage after receiving a vaginal mesh implant. As such, Nadrich & Cohen, LLP, now offers a Transvaginal Mesh Implant Injury Hotline at 1-800-722-0765.

This hotline comes fast on the heels of the recent announcement by the American Urogynecologic Society (AUGS) and The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (The College), regarding the use of vaginal mesh. In a joint statement, both groups advocated restricting the use of mesh implants only to high-risk women who may benefit from the surgery. Both groups also called for the implementation of a national registry system to track past, present and future recipients of transvaginal mesh implants.

In July 2011, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued a (new) warning regarding mesh implant devices, advising both patients and doctors of the potential for an increased risk of serious side effects. If you or someone you know has experienced adverse health conditions after receiving a transvaginal mesh implant, you (or they) may want to call the number above.
